Night Vision PVS 14 Manual

Where can I find a PVS 14 repair level manual that goes into how to change a housing and tube?
I am not asking for copyrighted info, Just seeing if something is out there or where to buy.
The 14 looks like a simple unit, are there issues I am not seeing?
Lots of parts on ebay/TNVC so some one must be doing this.

Willing to buy the tools to maintain my growing fleet.
I am a long time aircraft mech so I do have nitrogen for purge.
Any other limfacs?

Can I convert a double battery housing unit to a single?
