I have a Fix in 8.6 (love the caliber and the gun) - but am struggling mightily to find a 25 round magazine that will reliably feed. I’m using Gorilla 285gr and 300gr cartridges (new in box ammo, not my loads) and I just cannot get them to feed reliably. I have been using PMAG M3 M118 LR magazines, but just could not get reliable feeds (the bullet tip snags during bolt actuation). I actually RMAd the gun because I was concerned that it wouldn’t work, and they returned it telling me that there is just too much “wiggle” with these 25 round magazines.
Does anyone have a recommended magazine they are using with this gun and are happy with? I only plan to use sub-sonic rounds in 8.6 so not too concerned as long as it works great with gorilla subs.
