I think you'll find that its a 0.906" journal on the AA barrels.
I don't know of anyone who is making factory production 0.906" gas blocks nowadays although there was a VERY BRIEF period that you'd see them floating around...everything nowadays has more or less standardized on the 4 primary sizes of 0.625", 0.750", 0.875" and 0.936". Unless AA will sell you something along those lines or you go the complete custom route and have one made up...I'd suggest one of the following:
Your "best" option is to pull the barrel off and send it out to have the journal reprofiled to a standardized size (0.875" would be the closest and require the least modification to your existing barrel). I have seen that done on more than a few AA factory production GDMR/GSR and Advantage series rifles/uppers which typically had the "off" sized journals for some inexplicable reason that I have never actually seen addressed by AA. I've seen this done primarily on barrels where folks wanted to run adjustable blocks...none of which are made in the bastard size AA chose to run on them. Depending on which barrel you have and what the contour is in front of the journal, I think that ADCO will do that service for fairly cheap at around $35 or so...if you need the entire barrel from the journal forward reprofiled, then I think its more like $65 for the job.
The other "easier" option (and one that won't require you to screw with the barrel...or even remove it for this whole project) is probably to just source a 0.875" block and have it professionally opened up 0.033" larger and run that one (or even a 0.750" one...just be sure it'll have enough material to open it up that much to 0.906").
Sorry I don't have better news for you, but hope that info helps! Good luck!
