Looking to get some help on finding a good place or person to make a good ghillie for missouri area probably two one for spring and fall? any info would be great guys

Define quality ghillie suit... The problem with what you are asking is that there is a lot of options in what you are asking. Your best bet is to custom your own. It's not real hard with the proper know how....
Few tips to save you some time....
-Stay with lighter tans etc, you can buy roll burlap to save time but I still strip mine. Wal Mart sells camo burlap for blinds and this works great cause it has multicolor on it already.
-I use tan colored para cord for veg ties
-If your on a budget make them out of desert fatigues, sew on some mesh for vents etc, and some hemp netting to tie on your burlap
-If budget is not an issue, My team used Cobra hoods from
tactical concealment.... Hoods are where it's at if you ask me... shows less head movement
- MUD MUD MUD
Use veg to change between spring and fall, the suit helps break up the outline, but veg is where it's at and you will only need one suit that way...
