I just got back 2 of my 4 Form 4's approved, one week before the anniversary of sending them in. Both are suppressors.
The other 2 aren't coming back, one is a suppressor that was denied the same day as the two were approved and the other is a SBS that had to be delisted from the NFA.
Both Form 4's that aren't going to be approved are declined/delisted due to issues at my dealer. Nothing that was really their fault and nothing I will go into in this thread.
Basically my question is, for the 2 forms that aren't and won't be approved will I get a refund for the $200x2 I sent in?
