Question on AI AE spigot mounting part

Hi - I recently bought a custom spigot for my AI AE MK3. But I can't figure out how to take the existing one out. Already punched out the roll pin, but the bracket would not come out, it seems to be blocked by the sling hoop plate. Please help share how to get the sucker out...
