Question; Seating 69 SMK long

I am currently running 75 Amax @ 2.445 OAL. .010 off.
Jumping a SMK .030, I think I may try that bullet loaded to 2.310.
I have factory FGMM 69 and they are 2.260" OAL.
Any reason not to load that bullet to an OAL of 2.310 in 223 Rem?

In my bolt gun I run 69s at 2.305"

Bolt gun. 8 twist 24". Been shooting 75 Amax and have a bunch of 69 mk's.
I am thinking about throwing these at P.dogs this summer. Hot load with the 75's heat the rifle up noticeably.
I have Varget and H4895. Have 2520 also but awful hot out there.

You should still have about .210" of bearing surface contacting the case neck, so you should be fine.

I ran some Saturday at 2.315". Redneck ladder, found a pattern. Good looking groups at 2930, 3010, and 3090fps. I am going back and look at 3000fps.
This is more speed than I got with FGMM, still not hyper, looked promising.
Inside 500yd. PD. mission I have coming up.
