I'm not at home and won't be home for a few days nut I need someone to get me a few mesurements for me since I don't have my 455 with me.

Basically overall length of the dovetail and the the length from the back of the dove tail to the back of the beach. Then from the front to the front of the breach.

Thanks.

I just measured this with a tape measure and I have an extended rail so I can't see the front end of the dovetail and am guessing at where it ends. If all you need is a general idea then hopefully this will help. Overall + 4 5/8", back to back = 1 15/16", front to front + 1 1/8". Don't use these measurements for anything critical.

First rev. Prob will be a few changes.

Being done on a SLA printer so the tolerances will be pretty tight. I did as test mount and the flatness of it was whiten 10um so pretty flat.

I'll do this then test it and make some changes and the finished model will be put online so anyone who wants to can whip one up.

Only making this for a 100 yard mount. The resin should be fine. I'll see how it holds up but for a .22LR this should be more then enough and the printer is def able to make a precision part. I made a part for work the other day. needed a shelf on it that was 363um high. First print was 362.667um.

Quick test. Total cost was $1.01 in resin. 45 min print. I'll print one at 30um for the final version. But turned out great and flatness is +/- 4um so she's pretty flat.

Another made with a FDM Printer. My resin printer is way more precise but wanted the check it on the FDM. If it fits I'll upload one for resin and one for FDM. If not ill make some changes and get it all set up.

Should be cheap rail that's pretty solid.

First set done. Resin one has some speed holes in it to save some resin and the rest are normal.

So might need some tweaking or it might be good to go and ill start a new thread for CZ455 3d printing and put the files there if anyone wants to make one.

Next up is an extended magazine release.

Couldn't find the right size locking nuts I needed so nylon will work for test fitting.

SLA print was tight... really tight but fit. I'll adjust that and retest but it's on and pretty solid. Fdm prints are way to tight. I gotta make some changes and retest.

But not a bad part for $1. I'll print it better that was just a fast 45 min job and do see clean up on the model. But should work great. Tested it at work with a dial indicator and it's probably flater then most machined mounts lol.

FDM version is tight but working now. Prob was some support in the dovetail. I just gotta tweak that dove tail a hair and they will be good to go without having to force it on. Then I'll be working on a lock to lock the mount in even more because I tend to over think things.

100 yard indoor range. RWS match S. Hyskore rest. 19.81mm group. I'll post some target pictures after and I got a video taken from a spotting scope I need to edit since this was an all day trip testing tons of ammo. I need to finish maybe this weekend and record all this data and what not.

But it held zero "not surprised it's a .22" and ran great. This was the 455's first trip and she ran great. Definitely wanna see how it does outside at 100 yards when I got the wind lol. But under perfect conditions it's a great rifle.
