Looks awesome and you are filling a definite gap in the market!
One design question though... why the long moment arm in front of the latch? With it being aluminum, Wouldn't you want that bipod load point as close to the latch as possible to minimize the moment arm? Or is it for NV clearance?

Hey Sorry for the Super long delay. I hate delays but I also don't want to make my friends or fellow shooters the Guinea Pigs. We outsourced the latch part of the adapter to a shop down in Salt Lake City (A long time ago). They used a laser CNC machine to cut the latch and not only did they take forever doing it they also did a real horrible job. Nothing was square, and the cuts where extremely rough. So we have been redoing the latch assembly the old fashioned way..by hand. We are near completion of the final last latches. My friend and I would like to thanks those for all the support and we are dearly sorry about the long delay. This project consumed a lot more time and resources than we had anticipated. But we sure do like our TRGs and W3C chassis.

The adapter's latch mechanism was out of spec, it was originally cut using laser which made the edges to rough. The latches have since been redone entirely by hand which was completed a couple of weeks ago.
My friend is in the process of doing the finishing touches.
I understand that this has taken forever, and I am very sorry for the long delay. Please note that neither my friend or I have taken anyone's money to build these adapters. We also never ever thought it would take so long and that we would have so many problems with the various machine shops that we have used to make this adapter. Anyhow here is a picture of the adapters in the "white".

Here are some pictures of one that was just spray painted black. (They will all be Cerakoted)
The first set of pictures is the adapter utilized in the KRG W3C chassis. The last set of pictures is a Sako TRG-22. Note: That this adapter will work in either system and will also work with TRG-42.

I received my adapters yesterday, my first impression, WOW! They are a work of art and heavy duty. I have only played around with the Atlas on it for a few minutes, but I really think I'll like it. I really look forward to trying them out with some live fire.
I ordered two, my TRGs are like children and don't like to share. I snapped one into my TRG-22, fit like a glove.
On to the 42, no dice. I fiddled with it a little, didn't seem like any way in hell it was going to go in. Ok, let me read the instructions that came with it, I thought. All makes sense, however mine was more than tight, I might could have beat it in with a sledge hammer, but wasn't going to.
After measuring all aspects of the adapter and my factory Sako Bipod, I found the adapter was larger in most all aspects.
I decided to compare the two adapters in case I got one that was made out of spec, nope, both identical. My conclusion, all TRGs are not the same and thats probably way the factory bipod is so loose for some.
I'm not one to be defeated, so out came the file. Two hours later, I had filed down the adapter enough so that it fits the 42 like a glove as well. Woohoo. Yes, I filed away the coating, but its Aluminum so no need to worry about rusting or anything and the only part bare Aluminum now is hidden inside the TRG so I don't mind.
Anyway, this is definitely not a knock on the adapters, I love them and are very happy you decided to make/sell them. This is meant for others that may have a "tighter" TRG. Perhaps version 2.0 needs to be slightly smaller.
Oh, I don't have all the dimensions in front of me, but I'd be happy to send you the measurements my modified one is now.

Received mine yesterday. Very happy with it. Fit like a glove. Didn't need to use any of the adjustment screws. Locks up tight and absolutely no movement.

We discovered that the TRG frame is an extrusion type that can allow a slight dimensional difference between years of manufacture and between the models.

We designed it as best to spec as possible but as you found out not all are the same. The next ones that will go out will be a little smaller in dimensions to better accommodate that and the coating. The Cerakote coating was also a bit thicker than what the original design called for.

Careful on making it smaller. A few strokes with 220-440 grit paper for a perfect fit might be better than having it flopping around in the housing. Let the reports come in and see how things shake out before you make dramatic changes. Just my 2 cents.

I got mine in the mail the other day. The piece is sturdy and construction is clean and precise. I installed it on a TRG 338 lapua 1 in 10" twist (denoting twist rate because only the newest 338's are 1-10")
I ended up having to use a metal file to make it fit my rifle. It is now a nice snug fit with a very solid lock-up. I am very pleased with the overall result. I only had to damage the finish on the piece that is inserted into the stock so filing it down didn't bother me because you cant see where I filed when its installed on my gun.
Since all the TRG's are made using an extrusion method that leads to different measurements where these adapters are concerned, it may be a good idea to sell these bipod adapters as a custom fit unit...
They could even be sold with a file or two and a few different grits of sandpaper...
Most of the shooters I know prefer a tight fit to a pretty finish any day!!!

Yep no problem, kind of depends on how many lugs of the Picatinny rail you will need.

This is one of the earlier adapters so don't pay attention to how ugly it looks...
The one below is the older generation the next version of these adapters will have an easier way to adjust, and also a safety lock feature which I will expand on tomorrow.

Any updates on another batch just picked up an older TRG 42 in 300 Win Mag and would like to consider and Atlas
Sorry everyone I have been overseas. I am now home moved and ready to get some new projects going. Working on getting another batch done guys. I am also working on the NVG cage that people have been asking about. Please send me a PM so I can start a list.
I also have been working on a really neat thread adapter for these that goes from M18-1 to 5/8 x 24 class 3. The thread adapter also has an indexing bolt that will allow you not to have to use shims to index your aftermarket muzzle break/ can adapter. Pictures soon to follow.
