There are so many threads here bitching about horrible customer service, I thought I'd change it up a bit. I have bought something from Rainer Arms three times now. Once in there store front and twice through the internet. All 3 times the CS has been amazing! those guys have their s*#t wired tight and are definitely on top of things.I highly recommend them.

I just bought some parts for an SPR build from them, that's my second experience with Rainier and I was very impressed. I got a shipping notice less than two hours from when I placed my order! They also stock a lot of quality components and give a military discount, great business to work with!

They are absolutely awesome in my past experiences buying from them. While I have never been to their actual brick and mortar shop, I have heard that is a quite a darn nice setup, including a comfortable waiting area equipped with a couch, etc. for the wife/kids to rest/relax while we shop and drool on the walls-o-guns!!

I have ordered 4 times in the last two monthes, stuff comes like clockwork. Thought I ordered the wrong KNS pins on Friday so I emailed them and <span style="font-style: italic"><span style="font-weight: bold">got an email back at 3am from the owner</span></span> telling be they would work for my build. They were in the mailbox on Monday.
Hard work pays dividends.

I haven't really heard anything bad about Rainier Arms but I just got Wilson Combat TTU and JP LPK from them. No problems and quick shipping. No complaints here.

I too have had nothing but great service from them. If your a LEO or Military; make sure you register with them too, they will take care of you.

I cant say enough about them! They recently opened up a storefront about 15 min away from my house and its always packed and they go out of their way to cater to each and every customer.

I live down the road a bit from these guys. Was in their shop back when it was "internet only" and they didn't have a full storefront.
Times have changed regarding space and size, but they're still fantastic to deal with.

Ive bought from them many times as well and I wouldnt own one of their lowers if I didnt like how they took care of their customers.

With literally thousands spent with Rainier I've had only one issue. As it turned out, with quite a bit of effort on both sides, it was FedEx that caused the delay and not any slip up by Rainier.
They've gone above and beyond the call for me and for others as well. They are tops on my "go to" list when the build bug hits me.

FYI if you missed it on their site they have very good Mil/LE discounts as well. Once they verify status your discounted rate will show up when you log in.

I had Rainier custom build a 10.5 upper from a stock LMT. It turned out great. I would highly recomend their gunsmithing services as well as just parts.

When I first got back into building AR platforms. I would shop the net looking for that great buy. I would usually ended up waiting on a back order list in an internet hell. RA is now my go to source for All AR parts and accessories. Their web site has real time inventory and the knowledge of the agents and armorers is Top Notch. The best part....They are only a 35 minute drive.

I haven't bought anything from them yet, but have spoken with them on numerous occasions and they have always been willing to answer my questions. They seem realy friendly and will be spending money there, and they're just down the road from me.
