Hunt for German 'Forest Rambo': Special forces and helicopters in huge manhunt for camouflage-wearing, bow and arrow-wielding maniac who overpowered four cops and went on the run in forest

In scenes reminiscent of the film "Rambo", police in Germany's 'Black Forest' are hunting for a homeless man wearing combat gear and armed with a bow and arrow among other weapons.

Various weapons and petrol canisters were found in his apartment after he was evicted, as well as a small shooting range in the attic, according to Bild.

The man then reportedly lived in his car by the local swimming pool for a while before moving into the hut at the edge of the forest.

According to Bild, he spent time in prison for shooting his girlfriend with a bow and arrow.

The police weapons were P2000 semi-automatic pistols that can hold up to 16 rounds each, according to Bild, meaning the man could have an extra 64 shots at his disposal.

German police is very sensitive to policemen killed on duty, and always up armors after such event ,cost is no object,they also tend to go for increase in armor coverage not just the level of the armor , hence all the funky titanium helmets and shoulder +neck soft armor the plate armor offers protection against 7.62x39

DarthVader titanium helmets offer very high levels of protection but are also very heavy.

And there were fucking FOUR of them too... If just two of them drew and fired on him, he would not be able to sweep them all, unless he's got smart sensor activated miniguns mounted on each of his shoulders and a friggin' laser beam on his head...

There HAS to be a lot more to this story... Perhaps a few of the cops took advantage of the situation and sold their gear on the black market for $$$ or secretly stashed them at home/gave them to family because they have been seeing what is going on in the US and are worried that they are next... After all, they got a critical mass of third world invaders in their country already... which is capable of starting the mother of all riots in one night...

Like in most of Europe ,German cops are not really used to drawing guns on folks or prepared for violent perps, the report said that initially things were nonconfontrational. And like it was said about German POW in WWII being great 'as long as they are given commands they execute, no wonder they make good soldiers'

I definitely will want to hear more to this story, and an account of just how the perp managed to disarm ALL four cops and none of them fired on him when they realized that the perp had a firearm aimed at them... When they tell the story, then we can be the judges to whether they are legit or horse manure. In the US, the only times when we hear of a cop being disarmed is during a vicious hand to hand struggle with the officer being injured or incapacitated in some way. And that is just one officer, not to mention multiple backups present...
