did you have any fitment issues with the size of the bolt knob and the way the chassis folds over it? I'm just wondering b/c I've heard with the cadex chassis, people were not being able to fit an oversized bolt knob and have the butt of the chassis fit over it AND fully close. I'm about to do a custom purchase myself and was thinking of doing something similar. thanks, looks good!

thou it looks like Drake Associates doesn't even know what they are talking about as 2 people have done what he said couldn't!! goes to show you that even if you hear it from the 'horses mouth' it's not always the correct answer...

RangerSniperPete - What you see in the pic is the latest version of the butt stock. This has a larger bolt handle opening than the original. Some of the customers who have original chassis with the original version of butt stock have had issues if they cut the bolt handle slightly shorter when installing the oversized knob (again with the original version - not the versions marked 102 on the lower portion of the buttstock frame).What happened in the past is that by shortening the handle raised the bolt knob into the clearance area of the opening and the bolt knob made contact with the top of the clearance opening. It all depends on how the handle is modified in the end.
