Last Sunday afternoon. I leanred a few things. It gets right hot down here. The range is really nice. The damn kids shoot better than me with my own firearms!
Here's a shot with a Kimber 1911 9mm. Smooth little piece and will make nice holes in a fairly small group, but my bigger .45 shoots em even tighter for some reason
Hre's the crew...shooting a Ruger Vaquero .22, a Tec 22 Skorpion, and a S&W. Two are mine, the short round is their buddy
Youngest with the Tec 22. This gun sat in it's case for years because it shot for crap. I took a case burring tool, sandpaper and had at the throuat, then put a 10/22 mag in it...damn it hums now!
The middle kid loves the Benelli...the smaller one, not so much...3" mags for kicks to see what they were made of. I told them they were 2 3/4...
Here he is shooting my Peerless Match FAM14...sucker shoots it tighter than me too!
Of course the way back held a stop at Sonics for big drinks, then home to lay out the cleaning gear on teh table so they could clean everything they shot...they clean ereally good too, like no dirt when I inspect the parts. Watching mine tell their buddy that,"No that's not clean, look..."(as they swiped a clean patch and got carbon)
