I've been reading a lot, but only found a tid bit of information. Right now I'm using a 10X fixed Mark 4 Mildot. So nothing changes because the scope does not change.

On the NP-R1 at what power are the "1MOA" has marks .. 1MOA?
In my searches I've heard people say it "doubles at 11X"

Does that mean one has mark would be 2MOA?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Ranging with an NP-R1

Simple, at 22x measure the target with the reticle, whip out your MilDot Master, use the scale on the right labeled "Bullet Drop", the left side of that scale is MOA, the slider is the size of the target, use the reticle reading and align it with target size, now on the left scale is range to target.

Re: Ranging with an NP-R1

I'm sorry it ranges at 22x, so at 11 everything doubles, and quad at 5.5, Lindy's MdM trick still works the same, for instance a 20 inch target measures 4MOA, the MdM says 477-478, Ballistic FTE says 477.5, accurately ranging is a acquired skill, only with perfect practice can it deployed successfully.

Yep, there's a specific mark on the ring for 11x.
