Rank Chevron Placement

Hi,

I collect U.S Military Uniforms, well not dress uniforms, but ACU's, NWU's etc.

My Question: When placing the rank chevrons on the MARPAT Uniforms, do you have to follow any particular measurements, or do you just line it up as best as possible? I have ranks on the Army and Navy uniforms that came from the USA, however I cannot find any guide on where to place them on the Marine Uniforms.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have searched for an answer prior to asking but cannot really find what I am looking for.

This will have every single damn regulation on placement of rank, service, and qualification insignia, badge, cheron, aiguillette, ribbon, and button on USMc uniform items of every kind.
I think what you are looking for is figure 4-10 on page 4-19.
