I'm in the process of hopefully shedding the size of the collection and vastly upping the quality. Other than what route I'm going to go for a rifle, I'm thinking about glass.
I really like the concept of the Horus H58 reticle, but $4K is an awful lot of cheese.
My question for the glass snobs is if they think that the Vortex Razor HD glass at $2K is really enough to hold its own in the NightForce and USO range?
I currently run a Vortex Viper 4-16x first focal, and I like its features, though the glass is crap.
The EBR-2B Reticle ( link to manual ) looks like a poor man's Horus, and I'm all about that.
It's possible for me to pick up a S&B, but the question is if it's really something that is an absolute must. Whaddya think?
(and not getting S&B makes it more possible to pick up the TNVC clip-on ... !)
