RCBS Customer Service is Excellent

I am currently having the opposite experience. In fact, I have only ever contacted them twice and both times have been bad.

I needed two new pins for a single stage press that were wore out. Told me they would ship me a couple, never showed. up. After giving up a few weeks later I paid a machine shop to make them,

Two weeks ago I emailed them because the expander in my new 223 small base dies is too small. Measures .217. The back and forth with this lady on email is like pulling teeth. I wish someone had the thing in stock so I can buy the correct assembly myself.

I am probably just going to pay more for other brands in the future.
 
RCBS has always been fantastic for me, I had a couple of bushings on my old Rock Crusher feel loose, they had me send it in, came back with all new bushing, only cost me shipping one way. Small parts break, call them they send new ones, sometimes the shipping/processing is a little slow but it is free. There are other companies out there that if you say bend a recapping stem it goes in the mail the same day but you pay for for the part and shipping.
 
Glad you got good service. I had questionable results in the past. Had a bench brass trimmer that I could not get it to trim correctly. Send them pics, videos, trimmed brass, and the trimmer. Paid to ship it to them. No response to emails. Phones were also down at this time. Got the trimmer back weeks later with a single line note in the box that the trimmer is within specifications. No help at all. Sold the trimmer on ebay the next day and bought elsewhere. I can understand that they confirm the trimmer is within spec, but completely ignoring everything I sent you would have thought there was some help to be provided to get it to work as designed, nope.
