RCBS Match master powder dispenser issue

So out of no where my match master powder dispensers main charge tube has quit spinning.
No matter what weight or mods I put in the main tube will not drop any powder.

It was working fine and then all of a sudden it just quit about 50 rounds into loading tonight.

I have reached out to rcbs but being the weekend I won’t hear anything until next week some tiMe

I had a small tube do the same thing and they replaced it. Just be patient.

First thing I tried. They did get back to me I just need to send it back and they are going to fix it.
