This is not meant to be an Ad for a product so please don't take it that way, just what I found that works good for me.
I have used a RCBS press for many years, 40+ of them or thereabouts, and have had no problems with it other than spent primers were going ,here ,there and everywhere other than in the tray provided.
For an Old Fart present to myself I bought a new Rockchucker and the same thing was going on with the spent primers, Damn I wish I had gotten the Rockchucker to start with but that is water under the bridge and I used what I could afford.
Any way, I called RCBS and bitched about this sling shot brace thing that came with the new press to catch spent primers and how hard it was to take it on and off to empty the spent primers without having them go all over the place.
Some kind soul at RCBS told me to check this out and maybe I would be Happy. He was right and I know he wished that this would be provided to "New" purchases as well.
This Chingadero just kind of snaps into place with a tube to catch the spent primers, I black taped a water bottle on the end of the tube provided, but you could use a longer tube to go to a bucket or whatever, and it comes off easily to give you more room when seating.
I have run 500 rounds and have 500 spent primers in the bottle, not a single one has gone astray.
You have to be correct and specific as to the press you are using when you order so get with that.
It is [ inlinefabrication.com] and if you call late in the day you actually get to speak to a person instead of a machine.
