I'm sure Hornady has a .gov contract. If they don't want to lose the contract, they have to comply with the Fed rule.

Military will never run out of ammo if what I saw was correct. I was shooting shit from WWII in the 80's/90's with Uncle Sugar.
As for the bigger topic here... I'll reference the Marine Vet in the store taking out the robber POS.

If all their eggs are in the government contracting business then they’re fucked. I realize there’s a ton of money there but it’s all about diversification regardless of how much money your getting sucking the government tit.
