I am curious to find out what rear bags you guys use, who are shooting a semi auto gun in F class. ???

I have a DPMS 308B with a PRS stock, and I cant seem to get a good rear foundation with the bags I am using.

Pics would be helpful

Thanks

Re: Rear bag for Semi auto F class

Check out Midway, they have a lot of hard and soft rear rests. I use the kind that you fill with sand. You'll never have the perfect bag for different shoots,so I cut some 1/4" plywood in app. 8x8 inch pieces, glued some non-skid material on,and use them for shims for the bag. You have to have a solid rear rest to shoot well!

I did see some guys with plywood at a recent match and was wondering what they were doing.....

Thanks, I will check it out. Tried some homemade bags , and although they were better, they did not work as well as needed.
