I am looking for a new pocket knife to carry. I want it to be different and not ordinary but preferably under 60 bucks if possible but any opinion would be fine. Good brands. Tough and nice looking.

Re: Recomended knife?

Tons of options under $60.. Check out some of the knife shops online.

Good value knives:
Spyderco Delica or Endura line .. lots of colors and edge configurations.
Spyderco Native.. gets you S30V in a nice package.
Buck Vantage Pro.. gets you a nice looking blade in S30V.

Re: Recomended knife?

I second CRKT. I've carried the various M16 models, even the titanium. I went to a bigger knife in the M21-14SFG. I really like this knife, and I picked it up for around 45.00 off of Amazon. Has adjustable clip mounting and good texture with hand stops on both sides. Check it out...its big...but its nice.

Re: Recomended knife?

Right now, my most commonly carried EDCs include:

Folders:

Timberline Vallotton locking liner
Gerber fast draw
Kershaw Blackout
A variety of classic Case folders

Fixed blade:

Esee Izula
Buck Hartsook
A small Alan Davis custom
Some cheap Chinese Master cutlery neck knife

Some other knives worth a look are the Tops Blue Otter and the Timberline mini pit bull
