Recommend a good gunsmith in SoCal

I'm a noob looking for a good gunsmith in the SoCal area to mount optics on a Rem 700. Any recommendations?

R&D Precision. Do you already have a base on the rifle? It may be something you can do on your own...

Roddd, - Thanks for the recommendation. I don't have the base yet. I will order my scope, base and rings on Monday (Liberty optics). I'm trying to get my ducks lined up for when I get my scope. This is my first precision rifle so I want to get things set up right the first time.

Thought I'd post an update - Randy at R&D Precision mounted and bore sighted my scope and checked out my rifle. Everything looks great, he adjusted the trigger, checked out the action, and answered all 500 of my questions, and gave me some good advice on the care and feeding of my rifle. Randy is a great guy I highly recommend R&D Precision!.
