Redfield tombstone 6-18

I recently came into possession of a Redfield 6-18X scope. It has the tombstone ranging reticle and dual crosshairs above the regular crosshair for ranging. I'm wondering how much this scope would run for as I'm going to have to send it in for repair. Edit: Or send it back where it came from.
