The below is right out off of Joe Biden's website:
  • Regulate possession of existing assault weapons under the National Firearms Act. Currently, the National Firearms Act requires individuals possessing machine-guns, silencers, and short-barreled rifles to undergo a background check and register those weapons with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Due to these requirements, such weapons are rarely used in crimes. As president, Biden will pursue legislation to regulate possession of existing assault weapons under the National Firearms Act.

The online sale thing keeps popping up from gun grabbers, are they not aware you still have to have firearms, lowers, serialized parts shipped to an ffl? They always spew all this misinformation about how easy it is to buy a gun, do sheeple actually think you can have a complete ar15 sent directly to your home no questions asked? Ending parts and ammo online sales will destroy a ton of small businesses too, I know of several in my home state that are great to work with!

And if S&W is gonna be held responsible for some asshole shooting somebody with one of their guns, are they gonna start suing Mcdonalds for the billions with high cholesterol? I doubt it!

There are going to be a lot of citizens with standing to challenge the NFA if they do this, millions of plaintiffs. Gonna need a SCOTUS fast track.

I got news for this Chinese communist party barking lapdog biden, I like many Americans will not be registering shit under the NFA nor will I be getting any liscense to exercise a right,what next with these democrat scum free speech permits....if biden thinks we are going to "OBEY" then all I can say to him is come try and take'em we're waiting .

Just type out what you want to say to vent and then delete it. I do this at work and it helps....I also sometimes hit send on Friday right before I leave for the weekend....It always makes for an interesting Monday.

Solution for shooters: find a local/semi-local gunsmith or machine shop to make the parts for you. Or learn machining.

Catalogs, phone calls to the aftermarket dudes you want to buy from, there are multiple avenues. I didn’t see anything that says those companies can’t advertise what they make or what they do online, and that’s the core of the online presence anyway - letting people know you exist.

Shall not be infringed , this is a legal term which means in a free society a court would have to issue an injunction against the government for any restriction of my gun rights.

We don't operate in a free society unfortunately and the depth of corruption can't be removed by voting which history has proven to us.

I heard that there was a news announcement where this has already been passed through a general vote. And there were about 475 Million of you AmeriYanks that voted in favor of this attrocity. Yeah, it seems that many of ya'lls unborn offspring and their grandchildren voted for this as well.

The "Public Health Crisis" is only happening in an area which is 1/10th of 1 percent of our land mass... the inner cities.

I suggest they fund the police more fully in those high-murder zones, and bring back stop and frisk.

Most of those murders are drug and gang related, and performed with pistols.

Perhaps the Government needs to read it's own FBI table 6, 8, and 11.
