I've got 8# of H4350 for target loads, but also have 1# each of Reloder 19 & IMR 4831.

Thinking these two powders could have some use, but definitely stick with the H4350 for target loads.

Anyone use any of these powders for hunting rounds? Say a Hornady 140gr SP or a Nosler 100gr Ballistic Tip? I've got several hundred of each sitting on the shelves to use for hunting evetually.

I've used RE-19 in my 22" Remington .260 Mountain rifle. I found accurate loads using 47.0 gr. W/ 120 Nosler ballistic tip, 46.0 gr. W/ 129 Hornady SST and 44.0 gr. W/ 140 Hornady Interlock.

I didn't run any over a chronograph, but the Re-19 loads did recoil a bit more than other loads. If you have the RE-19, it may be worth a try. Remember to work up to those charges. The rifle took a nice Antelope with the 129 SST load a couple of years ago.

Definitely some good thoughts. I had planned to offload the powder, but definitely going to keep them. I can get a couple seasons of hunting out of the 1# and save the H4350 for my target loads.
