Rem 700 sps tac acc-sd

I just picked up a Rem 700 sps tac acc-sd, is it a long action or short action? I just cant find no info in owners manual. Thanks Ken

I believe that they are only making this in Short Action. What caliber is your gun?

It's a short with 1-10 twist.

Dude, the caliber is etched on the barrel if all else fails. Remington only makes this rifle in a .308 cal.
SA, 1-10 twist, 7.3#'s with a 20" threaded barrel heavy barrel.
So this is a short action.

I meant to tell you to scroll down this section of posts and you will find a YouTube Video put together by LoneWolfUSMC about 14 mins. long as a range report just on this very rifle.

But they do make the same rifle, without the threaded barrel, in .223 and it has the all black stock.

The .223 is an SPS Tactical. Not an SPS Tactical AAC.
