I'm not sure. But he found out real quick that he shouldn't shoot on top of his CJ-5 Jeep rag top. The muzzle blast ripped a 18" to 2' gash in it. But he got the groundhog. He is known for running on the ragged edge of insanity.

Out of a .22-250 maybe 60gr, but not the VLD type.

All the 22-250's that I have dealt with have shot up to 55 grain bullets very well with 1 in 14 twist. 60 grain bullets would shoot in most of them but usually not as good as the lighter bullets. Usually anything over 60 grain will not shoot well in a 1 in 14 twist.

Mine handles the 55grain V-max and the 52 grain Berger match varmint really well. As stated above, your factory barrel will not likely stabilize the 75s. What is your intended use for your .22-250?
