My grandmother had more periods @ 85 when she passed!!!!! Don't get why people nowdays can't even frickin spell and don't care. Then get nasty when confronted. I never made it past 12th grade. Not because I was stupid but my parents didn't have a shit ton of money to send their kids to college in the early 70's. I still pride myself on making every effort to at least give the appearance of literacy!!!!

Anymore when I read a post like above I refuse to reply. Figure they wouldn't understand my English so why bother!!!

In the future when someone points out that you cannot spell and you call them an "asshole" at least get that part right!

Guess nowdays one should expect just the response given!

Oh, and Thanks for your service.

Re: remington 700

OP,
You can get defensive, but go back and re-read your original post.
Your job description would suggest that you possess a higher level of literacy.

This isn't grammar class, but a one-sentence paragraph is just painful to read, and honestly, a lot of would-be respondents are just going to pass-as I did. I gave up trying to understand what you were trying to say...

Using numbers back and forth in referring first to distances, then to dollars, without punctuation, is difficult to follow.

And yeah, thank you for your service...

Re: remington 700

Holy shit guys this is not english class. Let the grammerrrrr go and just answer the question please. Also 5-22 power range you described points towards the nightforce directly.

Re: remington 700

No i had been up for a day and a half. i understand it was pretty bad sorry about that. no need to give me a grammar lesson on this site. yes i got a 3.75 through high school, still not smart writing is not a strong point. back to the topic, i like nightforce the price is just an issue.

Re: remington 700

Another suggestion would be what am using right now, not quite the power range you are looking for but the Leupold Mark 4 4.5-14x 40mm is an awesome scope for the money. They run around $800 to $875 and have a 30mm tube, side focus, 1/4 moa adjustments and 100 moa elevation and windage total adjustment. For the price cant go wrong, just thought I'd give you an alternative to kick around.

That's a good question. Might need to research that a little. Just sayin'...

Yea... I definitely have to throw up the BULLSHIT FLAG on this guy.

You really shouldn't say you're 0317 in this thread and then ask what "Swat and Military" use in a different thread.... Bad JuJu...

So you'd have us believe that an active duty sniper can't spell or use punctuation any better than a 12-year old in Mom's basement? Hard to believe you made Lance Corporal. Then, from another thread, you ask a question you should be able to answer yourself:
<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Originally Posted By: T.S.#14</div><div class="ubbcode-body">what do the guys who put their lives on the line use, swat or military. </div></div>

I'm with oneshotonekill. I think you're full of shit. Send documentation to ArcticLight to prove me wrong. Most of us on this site have a fair amount of education and can write coherent sentences. You lose credibility by typing like a third grader, and as pointed out above many of us will skip posts like that because they are usually written by posers. And, if you really can get sub-MOA performance out of your stock Remington SPS, link up with some other Arizona members and prove it. Sub-MOA at that distance will be a group less than 10", the size of a 1,000 yard F-class 10 ring. Show up at an F-class match and put 15 rounds into the 10- or X-rings, on demand.

Re: remington 700

Not only this thread but read through his other posts. That is if you can understand them through the horrible spelling and grammar used. My nephew in 2nd grade could blow this guy out of the water on those two subjects. How is the recoil on all your rifles, and how is your shoulder during active duty if you can't stand the recoil of a shotgun and need a pussy pad??

Re: remington 700

Yeah, and: He just shot a coyote at over 1,000 yards with his .270 and Federal Premium 150gr factory loads. And won second place in the shotgun tournament just three weeks out of shoulder surgery. And has bad tennis elbow.
Busy guy!

Yep, I wanted to help but couldn't figure out what you were trying to ask/say.
