Remington action rebuild question

I have a Remington 700 with a barrel that is shot out. I want to send it off somewhere and have it redone. Re-barrel, blueprint, trigger, bolt handle, paint/coat, etc. I want to do it for under $2000 and I plan on using a Bell and Carlson tactical stock I have laying around.

My question is; where are some good places to send, where some good guys and take care of her???

Mark at short action customs is in Ohio, as has been said, Louisiana Prec, Hart will buleprint and install one of their barrels for about 650. The list is quite long on the folks that do that type of work.
