Both the executive branch and the judicial branch and anything under its control and/or jurisdiction is unconstitutional and therefore illegal as a result. It doesn’t stop here but it’s a good place to focus.

Why isn’t any state officials standing up against this illegitimate fed? Why isn’t all federal employees barred from the states in which they harbor? Why does state and local law enforcement still assist federal law enforcement under the control of a unconstitutional therefore illegal DOJ? You know why.

In effect, he thinks conservatives should all just bend over, grab their ankles and let the Dems bang them until they bleed for the unforgivable sin of supporting Donald Trump. He gave up the ghost by admitting in his testimony to the Jan. 6 committee that he believes Trump would do everything he could to steal the election if he runs in 2024, yet Luttig never once uttered anything critical about all the shady machinations the Dems were involved with in the 2020 election. He's a swamp creature of the worst sort, and little more than a useful tool for the Dems.

Incidentally, I looked up Luttig's bio, and he resigned from his position in the Bush admin in 2006 to become the chief legal counsel for Boeing during the years of the 737 MAX disaster.
