Gunsmithing Reputable Gunsmith in MN or ND area?

I'm looking for a competent smith in or around Grand Forks, ND, (or Twin Cities, MN,) to redrill and tap my Rem 700 from 6-48s to 8-40s for a one piece base at an affordable price. Anyone have any smiths they swear by in my area?

Iv'e heard good things about Nathan Dagley (Straight Shot Gunsmithing) out of Center, ND. I don't know where that is to you.

+1 on Nate Dagley. I have had him build 3 rifles. On one of the builds, he did just what you are wanting to do, on a Rem 700 action. Top notch smith and guy.

I thing he goes by GunDr or Gundoctor something like that on this site.
He is located in the Twin Cities and does great work. Last I used him located in Bloomington, but that was almost 20 years ago.....

Gordy Linnel at Northern Rifle Accurizing in GF is another good option.
