Gentlemen the Google is not strong with me today and I'm unable to find anything on how to reset the zero stop on a used Atacr that I've recently bought. after mounting I'm shooting 7" high at 100 yards with a 20 moa base. The instructions tell how to set the zero stop when there is plenty of travel with a new scope but doesn't address resetting it if you need to go below zero. Anyone done this before?

Yeah they tell how to seat the zero stop on a new scope however they assume that you can adjust your reticle to poa. They assume that you can move the turret up or down. I cannot move it down.

You need to remove the elevation turret cap. There is a "cam" underneath. Just loosen the 4 screws and turn it out and away from the scope body a little. That can limits how far down you can adjust the turret. You need to create more room under the cam so you can adjust poi down. Once you do that just snug up the 4 screws and reinstall the turret cap. Zero your scope. Then you can adjust the cam down to create your new zero stop, by adjust it down until it bottoms out, or leave it up a bit to allow you to go beneath your zero, if you prefer.
