Movie Theater Resident Evil: Retribution

I could not decide whether this is a prequel or sequel Too much bouncing between supposed origons and current events.(someone please splane this to me!)

Not much of a plot or story line but plenty of action and good CGI.

Then of course there is Milla to watch. When they cleaned up small blemishes she looked hotter than hot. The new Japanese girl is very cute.

Best to save this one for DVD. And yes there will be movie #6 in this franchise.

it is a sequel where they tie up loose ends answer some questions and open the door to a whole other serie of resident evil.
the first 20 minutes or so i was wondering WTF is going on, then it made sense after they explained where they were which lead to some serious action with guns that don't need reloading but other than that very entertaining movie, the ending was epic and i can't wait for the next one.

Very true the ending was epic. But the beginning was hands down the best use of 3D I've ever seen period.

This movie is only worth it if you go for the full 3D experience. It was made for 3D. Dont waste 8 or 9$ watching it without 3D. If you want to enjoy it go full 3d experience.

I'm a huge fan of both the video game series and the movies. And I say no. There was so much potential in the plot, poor execution. Agree though, fantastic 3D. That alone made me feel like money well spent

The plot on this franchise got thrown out several movies ago. Now it's just a vehicle for Milla Jovovich to act provided by her husband the director.

Saw it. It sucked. That was 2 hours of my life I never get back.

Not really a move, but a full length teaser for the Xbox game tie-in. Opening scene is in reverse, good filler, but didnt make sense. The rest of the movie is just a showcase of action scenes with shoot em up and the thinnest of a plot string.

Lots of unexplained monsters, coincidences too trippy except in movies, gratitious scenes of Milla' ass (best part of movie).
