Rifle Scopes Revic Optics PMR-428 now on sale

really curious to see how this stacks up against the Razor and Nightforce. I'm betting these are LOW scopes, can anyone confirm? (their websites states they are QC'd and designed Wyoming, but it doesn't say where they are built)

If someone wants to send one to demo to see if it can be broken during 3-5 weekly range trips over land in the desert that can get to be over 130 degrees, let me know :D

I'm truly curious how the sensors do when the scope has direct sun exposure in 100+ ambient temperature. Kind of how a Kestrel will read that its 190 degrees out if left in the sun, etc.

Does the ballistics computer have the ability to save and re-zero multiple bullets/loadings as well as multiple calibers on the same rifle?

The way the Revic functions, does it really matter if it is MOA or Mil? When you dial it give a yardage reading as I understand it. I have both Mil and MOA scopes, usually hunt with MOA, but unless I am confused, MOA vs Mil really won't matter with this scope.

MIL or MOA don't matter on any scope. Use what you use.

Are you saying that as far as how this scope works, why even have MOA or MIL because you're relying on the scope to basically tell you what to do? In that case, if anything goes down, you need an adjustment through a spotter or if R2D2 decides to give you weird ass shot calls because the housing on the optic reads at 185 degrees in the sun, it will matter.

Use technology to your advantage. Rely on it to your peril.

That's some sage advice right there...it should be repeated more often around here.
Can always use as a normal scope

I ordered 2 scopes last week, but today I watched long range pursuit and they had a revic commercial. Looks like "PN100" will get 100 off your order. I'm going to see if they will honor it since I've only paid the deposit on my 2 new scopes.

Does anyone have any updates on the Revic? I was thinking about trying one out but had heard there were issues with the circuit boards shorting out due to condensation issues?

Anyone know when the Mil scopes will be available? The website always says "pre-order"...and that's a road I've been down before and didn't enjoy.
