Dude just stick the barrel in a tube and send it to LRI or a number of other reputable smiths and tell them its for a TL3 nd what chamber and finish length you want.

With the money you save over paying some local jackoff to do some simple work and shop labor to bolt it together for you get yourself an TL3 action wrench, decent ft lbs torque wrench, decent in lbs torque wrench (just a wheeler will do), and a viper barrel vise and put it together yourself and then you have all that stuff so you can order prefits down the road.
