Iv got a larue stealth barrel on an old ar I put together but never really shot much. I’m changing a few things around on it and I want to run a rifle speed adjustable gas block under my 18” handguard/ 20” barrel, but larue has their stupid 3 holes with special spacing. Will the rifle speed gas block fit if it’s just the closest hole to the barrel lining up? Try to drill a countersunk hole where the other lines up? Scrap it and run a clamp on agb instead?

The two dimples closest to the gas Block Journal shoulder line up perfectly with the two set screws in the Riflespeed Gas Block and have perfect alignment with the gas portin the barrel. So you're GTG.
