Does anyone know if the Fisher Space pen will work with Rite in the rain paper?

I forgot to order pens for the Impact data books I have, so I need source pens locally if I can.

Re: Rite in the rain

School me, I didn't know pencil was a good idea.

Staples carries the Fisher pens, and they say it writes under water so I figured. But did not know for sure and wanted to find out before I bought a $20 pen that may or may not play well.

RITR paper is slick. Many ballpoints slip on the surface, and don't work reliably. A pencil works fine - and doesn't wash out, which I know from having run one of my RITR notebooks through the laundry several times.

Sometimes the simplest solution is the most elegant.

Re: Rite in the rain

I like pencil and have used a variety of pens to write on RNR.

The worst pens for RNR are the gel pens they smudge and dont get into the paper fiber well.

We do stock RNR brand ninja pens in our online stor in the tools section if you are looking for those.

Re: Rite in the rain

Some one asked this Q , yrs ago , and I said use a pencil as its cheaper & simpler & you can use the paper multiple times , as when you are finished , just rub it out .

And I wass called a Cheap Ba&*8#d , and every one wanted to waste money on a space pen .
