The Mark 7 universal is for pistol only, he's chosen a rifle set, so it comes with the FW Arms decapper and hold down.
You might do better with buying the complete 300 AAC Dillon 1100. Then you could buy the FW Arms decapper and hold down, or pull the Dillon dies out and sell them and still buy the Mark 7 Set, then you would already have the conversion in the machine.
