I make a similar observation about guns. I enjoy them but when I go to gun shows I really wonder about half the people there. should they really own a firearm? NOt should they have the right to have one but is their having one a good idea. Lotta morons out there.
They still have the right to own, some people are just stupid.
My favorite part is when I’m walking by and they point it directly at my face...

when I was a teacher, this one chick had a baby like every year and a half so that she barely had to work between the lead-up time off and the maternity leave. the bitch ended up having like 9 kids, and when she wasnt able to have any more she used her "tenure" to get cushy positions facilitating grant programs. In 15 years, I don't think this dumb cunt ever spent a day performing her actual job assignment of being a teacher of students. They didn't even bother giving her classes because they knew that sooner or later they'd need a long term sub anyway, so why not just put him in right away.

I was in a multi day force on force class. I was actually assisting the instructor and playing a bad-guy. Those damn “sims” hurt like hell. So with that said even though it was fake, there was a significant pain penalty and black & blue welts at night.
I observed that I experienced an adverse visceral response to shooting the one female in the class. It seemed to me a primal reaction. With the other guys it was simply game on, unleash the pain. The experience taught me a valuable lesson.
I’m sure at this moment he is coming off a massive adrenaline-dump he has never trained for and dealing with the realization he just killed a pregnant female. I’m surpised he was doing as well as he was. Not perfect……but certainly not unreasonable.

I had the complete displeasure of driving I4 from Orlando to Clearwater and back last week.
Holy shit there's some crazy assholes. My wife is sitting shotgun getting irritated because I'm in the middle lane, in a 100 mile line of cars, and I keep getting passed. I point out we're 20+ over the speed limit, and the rented 4runner is gutless at 80+. Left lane is 90+, to 45, to 90+, with bumper to bumper the entire way.
Evidently nobody in Florida has ever driven in the weather. If I tried to leave a half reasonable following distance it was an invitation for 3 cars to pile in front of me. Everyone drives bumper to bumper all the time. It's no wonder they have massive pileups because it rains, not to mention a dusting of snow has to be the end of the world.
I really appreciate where I live. I can drive 100 miles of highway and maybe slow down for 1 car. 99% of the time it's literally leave the cruise on for a couple hours between towns. Nobody can get road rage here except for grandma that's going 10mph around town. Down there it feels mandatory to either drive angry or just stay home.

There's some good info in that post and others. With more people buying guns the likelihood of being in a confrontation with an armed person increases. Also, the number of untrained people increases. The current state of things requires even more discipline and cooler heads then the past. Biker guy needs to anticipate the scenario and stay out of her sight.. Let police handle her rage.

Lets say hypothetically that you accidentally and unkowingly ran a mortorcycle off the road or whatever. Then the motorcycle and random person maybe yelled obscenities at you and proceeded to follow you home. Maybe even agressively pulled onto your lawn or driveway and menacingly approached your house.

Not to put too fine of a line on it, but I've gone many miles with my handlebars in both lanes, yes that's not legal, it's also "not stuck in traffic".
I grew up on a mini-bike and moved on to dirt bikes. Got fast enough to get run over by the majority of riders behind me on the track when I crashed.
I waved farewell to MX because I thought riding on the street was "safer".
I pushed my first FL panhead home, I bought a BSA for $50 and a pint in a dry county on a Sunday, fixed it and rode it home after using a matchbook and a swiss army knife to fix and set the points.
Motorcycles are invisible on the road, not everyone who rides a motorcycle is a bad guy.

Must have been 3AM if you were driving 20 over. Every time I have to drive I4 it's maybe speed limit until you approach on/off ramps, slow to a crawl until past the on ramp. Wash, rinse repeat until you exit.
Not defending FL, but I've driven lots of interstates in and around lots of cities and they're all pretty much the same coast to coast.

This, I worked for a few years driving interstate all over the country. There are crap drivers in every corner of every city.
I 4 is up there in shitty drives no doubt. Part of the problem is all the damn tourists down around Disney World and out of staters traveling from the beaches back home. You have to adjust your driving style or you will get steam rolled by impatient people. The key is to watch your mirrors and don’t be surprised by the impatient people and position your vehicle in a defensive manner so they can’t cut you off. Make your own space.
And if they get all pissed off at you just laugh at them smile and wave... smile and enjoy it!
Driving back from New Smyrna Beach Saturday. Passing a couple of cars at a reasonable rate (cruise at 80) when a F150 (with three feet of lift and so many lights I thought I was back in the Philippines) placed himself about six inches off my bumper and starting flashing his assortment of lights. I guess he thought I would accelerate so he could pass me .5 seconds sooner.. Flipped me off when he passed. Two miles later he's in the same stop and go as me.
I keep a high powered LED flashlight in my car, you know one of those ones you can zoom in and focus...
When people tailgate me that goes out the window in the flash setting. I’ve gotten pretty good at shining people in the eyes they generally back off.
that would be hilarious if the next person you do that to ends up being a cop.
