This goes WAY back to last Christmas, when I placed an order with them for a concealment piece.
2A also placed an order around the same time.

They're well past projected delivery date, and I'm not sure if giving them more rope is the right thing to do or not, but I did.
I HOPE they're not going belly-up and just stringing me along here. Their last email was interesting.

"I apologize for the extended wait time on your product and any misinformation and lack of care given by our former customer service rep. She failed to do her job properly and instead of making sure your item was in production when she said, she continued to be lazy and deceptive to both you and us. I know how frustrating this is and had we known we would have cared for your order long ago. I can have your mirror shipped the week of June 26th. I understand this is much longer than anticipated and would like to offer refunded shipping and a complimentary concealment wall art for the inconvenience if you'd be willing to stick with us a bit longer. If not we fully understand and can have your order refunded in full."

I am taking them at their word and being guardedly optimistic that they are good honest people. And yes, I did take the offered free shipping and the additional piece.

I know nothing about them but the tone of the letter, especially with the offer of a refund, sounds sincere. Id be a bit more patient.

I took their offer. They are responding to emails almost instantly, and they sound sincere.

Yea I think I was 2 days behind you. I will say so far they have not ignored any emails or inquires. Small business that has grown to fast is what I think. Read articles almost everyday about lack of hard working and skilled Americans. As I told tucker China could probably pump these out by the millions. But quality would suck or they would make people sick (Chinese dry wall) or they would have hidden eavesdropping devices embedded in them.

Sounds to me like they are trying. I'd give them ONE more crack at it before I pulled the plug. This coming from a guy that has very little patience. Just ask Miss Lori..

Based on the tone of the email, I'd give them the benefit...but I'd also consider the 26th as a "drop dead" date.

Well they had my money for along time after the given delivery date for a couple of items that I ordered. I cant remember the exact time but they finally delivered one piece and I gave them another couple of months I think before I pulled the plug and demanded a refund. I know few people who never did get their order and gave up. I think it is kinda of a scam, money up front and hold onto to it to finance their operations up until you give up and demand it back. They have no phone number but will eventually reply to you and send you a check. I wouldn't mine it so much if it wasn't cash up front.

I ordered a bench seat with under storage area that never came and wall flag with panel to hold a pistol mag and light. It looks very nice and I like it still as it looks good and serves the purpose. I am happy with it.

Woke up in the middle of the night opened it with the magnet, grabbed my light and 45 and popped a coyote off the porch at about 45 yards so it does serve its purpose. I don't leave my gun out when my son is here.

I was was going to order a bed next but don't think I will be ordering from them again due to their service.
