I have a lever release clamp (B2-AS-II-1/4-20) that I sent in for repair. The lever was very stiff to open and close, much stiffer than I remember it actuating. I tried the troubleshooting tips in the manual but ultimately contacted @MPHReallyRightStuff on this forum. He advised me to send it in.

A little over a week later I had a UPS tracking number in my inbox and received the clamp yesterday. Function is perfect and very smooth. Thank to RRS and Michael for their warranty work on small items like this.
