Ruger 10/22 Target tactical VLEH

So about two weeks ago I started searching for a new .22. Obviously the first thing that comes to mind is the Ruger 10/22. I came across the Target tactical and decided I had to have one. I have one problem... I can't find one anywhere! If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be great. I'm not huge on buying something I can't see and touch, but I could possibly deal with it. So anything in the Boise, Idaho area would be ideal. Thanks!

Okay, I've looked on Guns America, Cal guns, Gun Broker, and Arms list.. any others you know of?
