Ruger 300 BLK Ranch Rifle

Anyone else see the new Ranch Rifle that Ruger put out? I am thinking I will have to get one and suppress it. This could be a lot of fun.

How does the Garand type gas system (that's what the Ruger mini whatever is derived from right?) work with being suppressed? The blackout is good for close range hog shooting, especially if you're trying to kill the whole bunch (please kill as many as possible my brothers farm and are overrun) as the light recoil makes for fast follow ups.

eta Okay I see it's a bolt action. I guess I was subconsciously wishing for mini 14 in 300 blk, ya listening Ruger!

The Garand gas system is different from the mini. IIRC the mini is more like an M1 carbine.

I have the Predator version in .308. I'd imagine that I will pick up a Ranch in 5.56 as soon as they hit my LGS shelves!
