It's about damn time. I only own the factory 10 round magazines, but sometimes it is fun to be able to shoot more than 10 while you are out plinking.

Thanks for the heads up K.I hope they work as good as the 10 rounders.
These are the best 1022 mags I've tried so far.They are adjustable so they can be tuned to feed perfectly on any 10-22 regardless of tolerance.

Looks great to me with the steel feed lips and the allen scews to hold it together. I am guessing that it can be taken apart to be cleaned.

And the optimal word here is jamming. I gave up on everything but the factory ones years ago. Can't even see the 50 - 75 dollars for the aluminum aftermarket ones.

The BX-25 mags are the best hi-capmags I have seen for the 10-22 yet. That is evidenced by the fact that nobody can keep them in stock. I found some this week in TN but they were $40. I passed but now wish I had picked up a couple.

I like taking two 25 rounders rabbit hunting when i go walk through the bush, just means less reloading, less mag swaps, and instead of 5 little mags i can carry two big ones.
Im excited, i picked up a butler creek a few weeks ago and thought "maybe this time ill get a good one" hahahaha no, its going back to the store and im getting the Ruger one next.

It's not a "need", it's a convenience. We shoot Steel Challenge matches and it's nice to step in the box with just 2 mags for all 5 strings. Not a big deal but one thing less to worry with. My son shoots a 10/22 in Steel. I shoot a NC22 and use 15rd Black Dog Mags for this reason.

I just got back from a squirrel hunting trip. Was averaging 100 kills an hour when it was slow. Only having 10 rounds would have sucked since in my zone i had 50+ targets up at any time.

Unless these things are "OMFG all magazines made prior to this are astounding pieces of shit and this mag works in mud/fire/water/frozen in blocks of ice/ran over by MRAPS/ surviving IED blastes/ect" I highly doubt I will buy one.
Only time will tell if ruger dropped the ball on this one.

The ruger mags should last quite a while. Metal lips, can be taken apart. Should be gtg. Ive not had issues with BC mags like some of you folks apparently have. The just work for me. Ones i've had trouble with are the ram line, eagle brands.

Took the Charger out for some fun and the BX25's ran great. 2 different mags dumped 3 times each with regular bulk Federal ammo. Not exactly a torture test but none of my Butler Creeks can make it more than a couple dumps without FTFeeds galore. I dig the feed lips and the metal stud (as opposed to the cheesy plastic stud on the BC's). Only gripe is there's no built in device to attach two mags together like the BC mags. Love that they can be disassembled for cleaning. Wouldn't surprise me if they jack the cost up once people get a taste of em.

Checked them out, but the Composite TI25 mags still seem to be a bit better.
The advantage of having tunable magazines that are made of polymer rather than plastic seems well worth the extra $5 to me.
