If the price was right, yes I would own one. With a slow twist barrel usually requiring lighter bullets, long range shooting will harder but not impossible. I would also make sure the barrel is not burned out, which is a distinct possibility with a varmint caliber rifle. They tend to get fired alot, especially if the owner liked prarie dog shooting.
