Yea it is, you can hear his normal accent slip out in his videos and it sounds like he's from GA.

I think you are probably correct. There is another thread where the "Epic Meal Time" guys visit with him...in Georgia (and not the country).

is it only me, or was the barrel not even on the rifle for the "800 meter" and when he was close up? It looked like all computer effects.

Check out this round he shoots at the end of the video. "Dragons Breath" Looks like some fun to shoot. I wonder what is in it. Some type of flare round or signal round but still looks fun.

he fakes the accent, just watch his gaming videos to hear his real voice. he makes his money for his guns by his videos plus theres a gun store that he featured in one of his videos that lets him borrow guns for free...why arent more people doin this? haha
