He chose the method of execution over the chair and lethal injection. He may have chose poorly because apparently it wasn't as quick and painless as he'd hoped for.

They should have fired blanks the first time and after the laughter said "Ok, sorry. We'll get serious."

He also got to choose his final meal and ran up a pretty good tab. I would have chosen All you can eat beef ribs and kept asking for more. I can eat a lot of ribs.

I don't like seeing the State kill people given the current level of morality of the state.

However, he seemed to be a very sub par individual.

3 shooters seems a bit light. 5 might be better.

I could have killed him faster with one shot. I don't know who set that shooting up.

Or used a 9mm and blew a lung out.

People think heart shots are always instantaneous but it's all about timing.

People think heart shots

110gr .308 TAP Urban ammo and probably DEI boots pulling the triggers, lucky if they hit is lungs.

ETA: not boots, "trained" correctional volunteers.

Creedmoor, of course, would have been the right choice, or Valkyrie .223, instead of relying on Fudd boolits.

Or they are well trained and did it in purpose…..if I was on the firing squad and was about to kill the worst of the worst.id make sure it was slow

Somebody should go butt stroke the dildo Jeffrey Collins who wrote that article, what a fag

I've seen plenty of deer and elk run for quite a way with their heart obliterated. I'd pass on that method given the choice.
I've seen field dressed deer where the heart was still pumping on the gut pile. If the heart pumps oxygen rich blood to the body, it can run on that until it needs another pump.

Cape buff are known to charge and kill hunters after a heart shot.

...Alright, which one of you wiseguys shot him in the foot?

As a Texas history buff, I'm fascinated with the Texas Revolution. Reading what the Mexicans did to captives, one cultural difference is the lack or recognition of battlefield honor.

If you're ever in front of a Mexican firing squad, the best tactic would be to paint a bullseye on your breast and challange them to see if they can hit it. Do not ask them to shoot for it, otherwise, they'll shoot everywhere else.

If three shooters can’t hit a big red dot from 15 feet using rifles, God help us! That being said, they got the job done. The only problem is that it took 21 years of appeals before they could send that POS to hell. Good riddance! Definitely was the appropriate sentence for this particular case.

I don't think hitting the red dot was the issue. In fact, there weren't any issues.
