Looking into purchasing these SAC dies. I’m using the RCBS dies now. On a Dillion 750. Wondering if anyone has tried them? If so did you see any benefits, what were the increased advantages?
P.S.
they sure are hard to find if anyone has any to sell I’m interested.

I dont have a 6gt but do run a 6.5x47 with their modular dies. I've had Redding and Whidden dies and nothing compares to the SAC. I think the neck/shoulder bushing makes sure that everything is perfectly aligned and concentric and creates almost perfectly concentric cases. I also like their shim system as it makes it very easy to adjust headspace with a .001 shim. They are pricy for sure but its hard to go back to anything else after using these. They also happen to chamber my barrels, so the dies work great on my rifle but even before they did, their dies are really well headspaced and means to work with Redding competition shell holders . The whidden click dies with the SAC regular bushings are a close second - especially if you have a smaller chamber where you think you have to shave the bottom of the die down. Whidden purposefully makes the die bodies smaller but they dont work with shell holder sets due to this very reason. I use mine on an Area 419 press so not sure if it wold be any different on a progressive.

They basically have 0 runout and are just really nicely machined. They also can be setup to mandrel and even decap with one throw of the press so that's one of the main draws, having just 2 dies, one for all prep and another to seat.

I second that. I run a .2625 mandrel in it and it saves me from that operation.

Great info, I have been thinking pulling the trigger on buying their Creedmoor modular die.

That was my original one. Then I switched to 6.5x47 and it was torture using other dies till this became available. The dies just run so true and versatile with the mandrel. I think you get what you pay for in this instance.

Tried to order today. None available, called SAC. Talked to Matt I was informed that they are now only selling them through preorders. Going to be making them once batches are full. This is the way it was explained to me. Sucks!!!! These are now like the Suppressors. Order wait till the batch is full then another six weeks for build times.
If anyone else is hearing differently I’d be interested in how they hear it.
I should note that Matt said it is because of product shortage. What ever that is worth these days. Seems like that is the new normal now.
