Shooters,

Here is one of our most recent builds for a customer of ours. The Long Range Accuracy bipod up front was extremely solid, especially on this platform.
Here are the specs.

Remington 700, Short Action, Right Hand
SAC: Action/Bolt truing
SAC: Bolt knob install
SAC: Side bolt release
SAC: 8/40 base upgrade
SAC: Bed scope base
SAC: Chamber barrel, fit to action, time curvature of bore. 260 Lapua reamer. Cut to 26", 5/8 x 24, Custom thread protector.
SAC: Skim bed rear tang of stock

Cerakote all metal.

Excellent rifle. The LRA bipod is the best most stable bipod I've ever seen in action. The inventor(and hes put on a few lbs since inventing, sorry dave) stood on the front of his DTA to prove to me how strong his bipod was. I was floored. He bounced on his DTA supported by the bipod and neither budged.

Beautiful rifle. Title says 260 Lapua but it looks like the barrel is stamped 260 Remington. What's the difference?

It's a 260 Rem cut with a reamer setup for Lapua brass, the Lapua 260 brass has a thicker neck than the other 260 brass on the market and the neck diameter was subsequently opened up when it hit the market a couple years ago.
